So, first I was all "hrm, I aught to go to bed, I am sleepy and I have stuff to do tomorrow!" And then I thought, "...oh, but now is a perfect time to reupload all my old lj icons!" Except, I can't decide which ones I want to use, most of them I haven't got the info saved on any more, and I have a ton of new fandoms which aren't properly reflected in my old collection...

so instead, I'm dithering. Yay.

Things I want icons of/from, just randomly off the top of my head:
Pushing Daisies
Journey Man
Robin Hood
Dr. Who/Torchwood/Sarah Jane Adventures
Probably more that I'll think of later...

What else?

Been rediscovering my Ani D. love lately. Boy loaned me Little Plastic Castles, which, hey, I know, sacrilege that I've been an Ani D. fan since I was 15 and I hadn't heard it before, but still, now I have. Many times over. It hasn't left the car cd player in two weeks.

Fun story. We were at Game Stop the other day; he was returning something, and I was just perusing while he did. I often torture myself by going into Game Stops and looking at games I can't buy. A few weeks ago I was in UTC's Game Stop and they had Master Quest, Windwaker, Twighlight Princess for GameCube, and all three Prince of Persias and I couldn't get them. Anyway, back to the original story. I found The Legend of Zelda Collector Edition (Original LoZ, Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask all on one disc, plus a Windwaker preview) and was like, "Please convince me I can't buy this!" and he said if he didn't find something better to trade the return for, he'd get it. He did find something he wanted more, but then he was like "Do you really want it?" And I was like, "No. Maybe..." And then he bought it for me. I haz an awesome Boy. ^_^

Then it turned out I don't have a memory card for the GameCube (I could have sworn I did)... But I played through the beginning of Ocarina anyway, and it was great as always.

Babblings about television, spoilers probably contained for Heroes, Chuck, Pushing Daisies, Supernatural, maybe Fringe, and Sarah Jane Adventures. Jeez, I watch a lot of tv... )

Went to see House of Bernarda Alba at Mesa College tonight... Um... I think I can be assured that the only person I know who was in it won't read this, so I can safely say that it was awful. The set was pretty and the costumes were great and some of the actors were obviously trying, but... it was just awful, and everyone in the audience seemed to agree. I'm glad I didn't see it at UTEP because then I would have refused to see it tonight.

Serenity the Kitten is in her first heat and is not allowed out of the house. She cries about it a lot. Poor baby. Must be tough being only a few months old and already having to deal with puberty...

Dwight got a puppy. I've only seen pictures of her so far, but she looks adorable. He says he and Amber are still trying to think of a name, but they're temporarily calling her Sophie. Which could get confusing for me if that's what they decide to stick with, but the idea of their dogs being called Oliver and Sophie is just adorable imo.

Ugh. I should go to bed. It's now late and I really do have a busy day tomorrow and my typing is getting increasingly messy...

Oh yes, and Lucy's battery crapped out about a week ago and now won't hold a charge. My poor laptop is now tethered to its cord... :(
